Expertise as a Real Estate Mediator


Over a period of eighteen years, Christine Page represented commercial and residential property owners in litigation, prosecuting and defending claims through all stages of litigation, including court trial, arbitration hearing, and appeal. She has acquired expertise in the following areas:

n  Boundary disputes involving claims of prescriptive easement, equitable easement, adverse possession, nuisance, and trespass

n  Breach of commercial lease and landlord/tenant remedies

n  Homeowners Association disputes

n  Breach of residential purchase agreements, including claims for failure to disclose defects

n  Construction defect, construction delay, and mechanics lien claims

Christine now serves as a mediator and arbitrator for real estate disputes.  Her mediation practice includes handling residential purchase agreement disputes through the C.A.R. Real Estate Mediation panel and fair housing disputes through the Dispute Resolution Division of the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing.
